To be an artist with disability is to be in a seemingly constant stage of emergence. In this panel discussion, writers will touch on their respective experiences in the publishing industry: from pitching articles to writing residencies, the publishing process to getting paid for their work.
Together, they will interrogate the boundaries they have faced as disabled writers in each step of the writing and publishing process across a variety of forms including non-fiction, poetry and fiction.
