Texting Images: Launch

Drawing inspiration from Dadaist philosophies towards visual art alongside Maya Deren’s argument for 'amateurism', the 2026 iteration of Texting Images invites participants to write in response to ‘found images’. Across two workshops, participants will develop new writing through discussion, reading, and collaborative feedback, culminating in a celebratory public reading where they will share the work created throughout the program.
